I read about how the Coupon section is going thru a bit of reorganizing, but whats happening(actually not happening) with the old coupons?
Most every one is from April.

What I have been finding is that coupes usually have a short half-life, so April seems wayyy old.

Did the section go into hibernation?

the coupon site depends heavily on user and Vendor interaction. It as only as current as the community makes it.

And what makes you think this? Saying ECF has been hacked without giving any indication of what you are talking about is at minimum "alarmist"
