I've been vaping for three weeks without nicotine and then I got couple of nicotine ones. 18mg Is fair too strong so I'm planing to buy zero nicotine one and mix them 1:1. 12 mg is kind of alright but I'm getting too sick of nicotine before I'm actually done with vaping. I love 8mg one because it allow me to vape for like hour before I get that nicotine buzz I like. Most of the time I carry two tanks with me and most of the time I'm using zero nicotine juice because I chain vape any time I can. I just live to play with smoke/vape and nicotine level doesn't really matter.

I started out at the highest levels. I worked my way down to zero in about a year. I think it was the juices I was buying but the zero level seemed lacking in vapor and TH. I went up to 6mg with some 11 & 12mg.
It's really about what works for you. If you're just starting out from analogs, most go with higher nic levels and work their way down. I think it is key not to expect to work it down too fast, as you don't want you're vaping experience to leave you wanting a nasty analog.
I've found a couple of companies who do all natural, organic, no color additives. I would really like to cut the nicotine out altogether. It's more about vapor and TH than getting the nicotine fix for me.

I started at around 30mg and over the course of three months I've worked my way down to 6mg, with a shot of 12-18 to wake up in the mornings. I've filled tanks with 0mg before and not noticed a huge difference between the 6mg except for the fact I get tired out during the day without the nicotine, so I'm still on it for the foreseeable future. It's less a question of getting off it, and more a question of why I would at this point, I'm no longer inhaling 4000+ toxins along with my stimulant of choice, and if it keeps me from drinking coffee and other acidic beverages like energy drinks, I can't really find a reason to stop.
