I vape nic, but as my build get better I drop my nic level. Started at 24 then went to 36, back to 24, then stated rba build and had to drop down to 18, my builds got better and started vapping at ~15 watts and had to drop it down to 12. Holding there pretty good so far. mix my own so it's easy to adjust.

I range based on the juice I have because I didn't really have a choice with any of them. Some are 24 some are 18 some are 16. However if the FDA cracks down and I don't have time to stock up on some nic juice before prices get ridiculous I have a feeling 0 nice won't be a problem for me. This transition has been a very strange one

I just stopped smoking analog full flavored menthol cigs recently a pack a day and I'm vaping at 18mg which is more than sufficient but I often find I want to vape longer and can't because I already have fullfilled the nicotine buzz I need. As of today all my orders will be at 12mg of nicotine for ejuice. 6mg would be nice, but it doesn't cut it and I would smoke my 30ml bottles in a few days hahaha.

I've been using 24-36 mg. in my on demand device (e-Roll). I required this nicotine level to get me off the snuff I'd been using and I require a hands free device while at work. Welding does not allow me the luxury of standing around pressing a button but I do use an ego-C after meals and while watching TV. I started out chain vaping but I'm slowing it down due to developing bronchitis.
