I'm taking a real, "whatever" approach to it - no concerted effort to reduce nicotine, but I suppose I might as well...
It started with my first vaping - just figured I'd give it a try, liked it, stopped smoking. Peachy keen.
(I had never tried to quit smoking and wasn't really planning to - but heck, after vaping half the time for a week, I realized cigarettes tasted NASTY.

So after a few months vaping 24 mg, I figured - gee, I wonder if I'd notice if it was 18 mg?
So now I have some that's 24 and some that's 18, and I don't keep track of what I'm vaping.
At some point, I'll probably start mixing in some 12's.
Complete lack of a plan - it's working for me.
