The better question is:

How long did it take for you to raise the prices while people where ordering?

Oh wow. I can't believe someone would say something so rude and unkind. Steve operates an honest business, and he does it well. There's no need to attack him like this.

I personally really enjoy the Cash juices, and I'm willing to pay a small premium for a quality product that I enjoy so much. Plenty of others agree with me. If you disagree, take your business elsewhere. But there's no reason to be so hateful.

he did??? what did he raise the price of?

He raised the price of juice - a tiny bit. It's a pittance. The man is working his rear off to fill orders and get supplies in. He needs to be able to afford help, as he explained here. So he adjusted his price to align with the current demand and supply. Welcome to Economics 101.

Did you see a price increase? I'm curious on that.

Or is this kinda a stab at "As supply decreases, prices will rise" rule to supply and demand?

Steve wrote he felt it was right to charge more so he can hire more help.

However, his website quoted a certain price, and when I was ready to check out the price jumped up without any warning.

Other people have compained about this also, not just me.

Yes I did, but you're missing the point.

No. I'm not missing the point. I'm taking into account that this raise in price wasn't malicious, and probably would've been done ahead of time if he had thought about it.

If the price were correct on the site at the time, would you have purchased it?

I haVe never ever ordered anything from any website, Amazon, Janty, etc etc between ordering and checking out seen an increase in price in a matter of 2 minutes.

Enough said.

Goodnight.

Well, if you paid the final price, knowing the price changed on you, it must not have bugged you that much.

G'night, sugarbritches!

I'm not 100% sure and I missed the juice tonight, so I don't know about the price difference, but I think what sanneke is trying to say is that it is not the actual price increase, it's that the price at checkout differed from the price showing on the actual item.

Like picking up a loaf of bread at the store that has a sign right there saying bread is $1/loaf, yet when you get to the register it rings up for $2. Don't know about online, but you can get some serious fines for that in B&M store.

Darn, I missed all the good juice.
