It was an honest mistake to not have the price already increased.

Steve wasn't sitting back, waiting on him to get ready to order, so he could raise the price.

It might not be all that cool, but it's not something to get all bent out of shape about. He could've shown his distaste in this by not buying the product at the increased price and reporting the issue to Steve in private.

His e-liquid.

I ordered for a certain price, and at the check out the price was raised by about $ 3.00.

His website quote one price, but the check out price was 3 bucks more.

This is not true. When placing my order 7 minutes after site was up (On my cellphone no less!) I clearly saw the price increase before checking out.

I think someone is just unhappy because they didn't get any Riskee Yiuce...

The better question is:

How long did it take for you to raise the prices while people where ordering?

Noor,

Before you criticize, make sure you know the facts. There is no way for me to personally go through each and every product AFTER I have already opened. The pricing structure change took place several days ago LONG before we ever opened back up.

You seem to think I changed the prices in the midst of people ordering. If that was so, why did Sharon (Kissy) the very FIRST person to order after our relaunch, pay new pricing on the juice? If you'd like, I'm sure she is happy to confirm her pricing on juice ...

Come on Noor, you know me better than that.

yeah, it has me confused to D_Struct ... I know sometimes a computers cached pages/files can lstore stuff like that. what I'm thinking is that before, it would say $9.99, 30ml = ($10.00) price increase, etc... Instead of $9.99, it is now $10.99 so she may have just assumed, and instead of $10, it says $11 for 30ml and $22 for 50ml.

either way ... Noor, if you feel wronged in any way, I certainly do apologize. I should have made a completely separate thread on the matter (as stated in another post) I was just rushing to try and meet the 6pm deadline and in fact, ended up be about 45 minutes late, thus no thread.

When I ordered the Cash Juice they were listed as $10.99 each, guess what....? When I checked out.... they were $10.99 each! What kind of honest trade is that??? I was not far after Sharon either and I ordered 3 bottles too! lol :lol:

I think, if anything, he had it stuck in his mind the old pricing and it through him at the end when he saw the price difference. But, wow, how rude was that? I think it could have been better handled in a PM. But hey, that's just me! Great job today! Glad to see you are back up and running!

I was order #1 at the re-launch.

I paid the new price for my juices. The prices didn't magically (or otherwise) go up at any point afterwards. I'd be glad to show my e-receipt from Paypal proving that to anyone that thinks Steve would jack his prices up after the re-launch.

Good God. How petty.

I second that one Kissy! :|

I've got my own troubles...

I just got off of work and guess what...all of you greedy lil monsters bought up all of the juices that I wanted.

I could have quit my job so that I would have been home...but no job = no money to buy juice! So I go to work to earn juice money and then I miss my chance to buy! What kind of sick twisted world is this?! :)

I placed and order for a cash sample pack, and 2 other 10ml cash juice when the site fist opened. I had no issue with the price going up at checkout, I paid the exact amount listed on the website. I placed my order around 6:48 central time. Did the prices changes come later on in the evening?

I second that - by the time I could get to the computer, get logged on and into the PS site, all the goods were gone

Steve - I'm really surprised your computer DIDN'T go up in smoke with volume like that - you couldn't have done better to open the door and yell "COME an' GIT it!" Congrats on having a successful business for all us vape-addicts!

No. Steve did raise his prices a little bit on e-juices before the re-launch but there was no increase after the website went live last night. The one person (out of the other several hundred of us) who is saying that Steve did something like that is either delusional or he has a vendetta of some kind.
He/She really should come back and apologize.

I'm pretty sure Steve is right and it was just a browser cache issue. Simple misunderstanding.

Looking at the responses here and the incredible rush to get product from PS, if PS is ever going to go public I'd re-mortgage the house to get in on the IPO. It's like watching a success story unfold in real time. Amazing job Steve and good luck getting enough product to keep up with the seemingly endless demand.

I think this whole thing is a result of the browser/web cache. The old page is locally stored on your computer and the new page is not displayed until you re-visit the page or do a F5 refresh. This is a simple solution and the way everyone was hanging on Puresmoker waiting, it's easy to see how this could happen. I think everyone in the forum knows that Steve is a totally stand up guy and a professional businessman.

Guess I missed where others pointed this out. I wanted to cast my vote of support for Steve anyhow.
