So late last week I picked up my first e-cig, the small waste of time and money type (i knew this beforehand), just had to try it out before I committed more money.
Yesterday for the first time in 25 years I had my first ever smoke free day, and I felt F*&%^$G fantastic. Seriously, I felt really good, my lungs felt better, less congested I could breather nice and deep, my sense of touch in my finger tips had improved and best of all, my sense of taste and smell had improved remarkably and was noticeably improving, I was noticing all sorts of good and not so good smells.
My mood was also much better, I was thinking clearer in general than I have in a long while, I had more energy, everything was going great.......until the e-cig died, wtf!! Oh no you dont, tried everything to bring it back to life but no such luck.
I will take it back and have it replaced, but I had to make a decsion financially because the cost of the cartridges would have cost me close to $80 a week (when my real smoking habit was just over half of that!!), and my order should arrive in about a week.
So today I reluctantly had to switch back to analogs even though I really didnt want to, I wanted my e-cig, and I still do.
What my short lived experience showed me was that the analogs were seriously screwing me up everytime I had one, much more noticeable if you had'nt had an analog for awhile, I felt poisoned instantly (which is what is happening).
I can't wait for my orders to arrive so I can kick this tobacco habit in the balls.
PS: if there is another kiwi out there that has a spare set of anything to lend me to help me through in the meantime, costs covered of course, I would be forever grateful
