I passed my full unopened pack on to a guy in the park. One of the homeless guys that helped me up when I fell last year.
The only things that I have held on to is a small brass ashtray for carrying in your purse or pack. Bought it in Amsterdam so
it is no longer an ashtray - just a souvenir. The other ashtray is a really tacky polar bear and it is now a soap dish!
Kodiak, well played! I found some a couple months after quitting and tried them. Surprised at how awful they were but smoking it did more to kill the cravings for a "real" cigarette than anything else. I do wish I'd thought of passing them on to the homeless but it was fun shredding them, running water over their remains and slam-dunking them in the garbage.
One of the last cigarettes I smoked, I could not find a lighter anywhere in my house, and had to light it on the electric stove coil. Singed my hair, too. But anything for a smoke, right?
