So I am down to zero…

I'm down to zero nic for about the past year, it was a very gradual process. I average between 4 to 5 ml per day. I still enjoy vaping, habit I guess!

I have tried to go to 0 nic juice and the flavors were just awful. I am back to 3mg and just ride with that.

The flavors are by definition the same. Literally. The same. Nicotine itself has no flavor… or shouldn’t… Sounds like you reduced too fast. 3 to zero is the one that hangs the most people I think. I went way shallower than that and didn’t have a problem.

That could be, or maybe I was just looking for an excuse to NOT go to 0.
