Going through a rough time with my girlfriend and I and I said, screw it. Went to the porch and had one. No big deal. I just chalked it up to one of those auto responses I've developed thorough the years. Had almost a week straight off of em, but who's counting anyway. I never wake up wanting one, don't have to have one after dinner etc. So one now and then isn't a lose all. Just glad I didn't make it more than one. She's vaping too, so I think the majority of it wasn't so much I wanted one, but to walk back in reeking of stink sticks lol.

In other words, "you really got me mad now, I'll be right back and you're not gonna enjoy the way the house smells....serves ya right!"

Just start again. If you were vaping WTA though you wouldn't probably need a cigarette to calm down. I can get as mad as hell and then vape WTA and that takes care of anything

I think I can speak for many of us that have been off of combustion for a while: there have been times when may think about it, want it, or desire it, but if we were to give in, it would not be a very pleasant experience. Many times memories simply have a way of flat out lying to ya'!

Was it as good as you thought it would be? I remember having one about 3 weeks after switching and thinking "meh! can take or leave em, not as tasty as vaping, it's cold out here, I'm going back in"

I broke down this week when I ran out of carto's and my stuff still didn't get here. To make the experience as unpleasant as possible I picked up a pouch of Drum tobacco and rolled my own for 2 days. I couldn't have been happier to get back to vaping after that miserable experience.

I had a really really crappy day at work a few months ago, and I bummed a cigarette from my boss. He went out at the same time to smoke ( probably wanted to see me cough LOL)
He asked me if I was having a nic fit now, after so long on the e-cigs. I said, "nope, but I'm really ticked and the e-cig just didn't seem BAD enough for me"

Sometimes we just feel the need to punish others, by doing things that are bad for us.

It didn't hurt the things that made me mad, and it didn't make me feel better either, LOL (The only reason it would make your girlfriend mad, is because she cares about what you do to yourself )

A simple trick I got from someone here. For around 8 watts vape, set voltage to about 2+ the ohms. Just a bit less for the higher ohms. So for a 1.7 ohm, start at 3.7 volts. for a 3.0 ohm, I set it to 4.9 volts. In both cases they hit about the same as far as wattage is concerned. Adjust to suit your tastes...

I used to roll my own, and until I got rid of all the supplies, and tobacco I would smoke on occasion. I always walked away from it feeling stupid because it was not nearly as good as vaping. Old habits die hard. Point. I have not smoked since removing all the stuff I used to smoke with. Get rid of the extra cigs lying around and I am fairly certain you will not go looking for an analog if you have VV with some tasty juice. Good luck man you are doing great!
