I was browsing through the forums and saw some REALLY pretty pv's like the GG's all shiney and metal and brass looking all steampunky, and then someone showed me a hammered copper one and aaaargh! I dont even KNOW enough to use some of these things.

So I looked down at my little eGo C and thought hmmmm - I have copper tape...

hehe yeah - its just copper tape we use to protect sensors and hole punched I feel much more cool and "with it" now!

Funny as it may seem, there have been some very strange materials the can come in
handy building a PV out of a <fill in the blank>

You can buy it as slug tape. It's commonly used in the garden to keep slugs away from plants. Amazon sells it. It's just very thin copper tape with adhesive on one side.

I used it for sleeving the switch in my Katana. Very handy to have around.

this is a brilliant thread, i only started vaping on thurs, and i cant stop vaping, if i put it down ive picked it back up 2 mins later, i just like the whole feeling even the aftertaste, i suppose its still a novelty thing to a newbie like me and i will clam down on it few weeks down the line.

Yeah I'm still at that stage deankenny - its always in my hand, or pocket. So I thought Id dress it up a bit. Tyvm Ezkill - yes, Ive seen slug tape and it should be about the same. I just wanted a pretty pv like the big kids...

A lot of people find that instead of just quitting smoking they find a new hobby. They start to modify their stuff, maybe even make their own atomizers. Then you realize you don't have to use something that looks or tastes anything like a cigarette. It's a whole new world.

Oh, right...and it's also beneficial to your health.

My next door neighbors wife hijacked his ego twist battery by using some really girly auto decorative tape, and their dct tank with fingernail decals to decorate them. He won't be seen using it so he ranout and bought a new one because she convinced him it was permanent. Luckily we have a shop here in town so it was easy to get quick LOL

Ahhh, the holy trinity of vaping, building your own mod from Radio Shack parts, DIY your own juice flavors, and re-coil / re-wick your attys or cartos.... It's more fun and relaxing that basket weaving....just more expensive.
