Hey Imeo I was studying up on electric resistance online and I stumbled over this chart. here is the link

My question is can you make the button from aluminum and the rest of the contact points inside the GG including attie threads from copper? That way the most resistant metal on the GG is aluminum.

We have to make all aluminium Grimmer otherwise is useless buddy. You can read my post about contactivity on another thread that I post before some mins.

see what I was thinking is that copper has less resistance than aluminum but brass has more resistance than aluminum... but if you make whole GG of all aluminum then you'll be good to go or use copper for atties threads for strength and it will still be just as good as all aluminum... either way it will still have better conductivity then using brass contacts... :)

The bad thing with copper is that its a soft material so we cant make conectors with it buddy. Nice thought but we have some limitations here. But I will make connectors from hard aluminium. I will do that on the GGTS V2:)
