I too own a MVP and 2 Provari minis. The MVP was my adv device and I could never get a whole day out of the battery. A friend and I ordered the same day her's lasts a couple of hours longer. Since getting the Provari's I haven't used my MPV. I find it easier to carry a spare battery in my pocket than a back up spinner, or find an outlet to charge. It did come in handy a few times charging my cell phone enough to get in a quick call. What amazed me about the Provari is the last vape IS as good as the first. I don't regret buying the MVP. It will not sit in my vape box. It will be given to another friend who is wanting to take the next step. She's had her eye on it for a while now. It's not what you vape that matters. What matters is that you vape!!! It's all good!!

how are you using up a full charge on the mvp in less than a day? thats crazy, i didnt know you could draw that much power from it, unless ur just constantly chain vaping.

I guess my only question is does anyone think that the mvp vapes as good as the provari ?

Yes, yes I do.
Better in fact in my opinion.

Well, really it doesn't matter if anyone else thinks it vapes as good as the Provari. It only matters if you do. I know that's not very helpful but I just wanted to throw that out there because really it's only what you think about the devices you're using the matters since you're the one using them.

Precisely.
It all comes down to personal preference.

Use whatever works for you and keeps you from going back to smoking.

If you let the battery of an MVP or an iTaste VW die completely a few times before charging them it can severely reduce the battery life. You always want to charge them before the light turns red. Over discharging the battery over and over takes a big toll on all Li-ion batteries. You can certainly use it until it gets red a few times in emergencies but it's so much better to charge them early rather than late. I do that and they always last a full day (into the night) of heavy vaping.

Also, if you run them at 11 watts with a 1.5ohm atty all the time they will not last a full day of heavy vaping. It's perfectly fine to do that but it will certainly not last nearly as long as vaping at 8 watts with a 2.5ohm atty. The coil and power setting determine how hard the MVP will have to work. I hope this helps. I'm not always the best person to explain these things. :p

Both devices are good. The downside to an MVP is its lifespan. I want my devices to last years and years. They both Vape about the same with Provari having the same Vape even when the battery is getting low.

When I first started vaping I initially wanted an MVP. I decided against it because I wanted something that you can change the battery if it dies. I went with the VTR. I used it exclusively for several months. I even bought another VTR. Both still work great but get hardly any use now. I've purchased tons of different devices since, including 3 ProVaris. My favorite for daily use is a Provari/Russian or Kayfun. I say whatever makes a person happy. We all have different tastes.

One option for the Provari is getting the full size and extension cap. That makes it use 18650 batteries and a much longer battery life.

There is some truth to that but how many mvp can you buy for the price of a provari? That and new stuff comes out all the time so my monies is not tied up in one mod.

I have an MVP and a regular provari that I carry with the 18650. They both last me about a day and a half. In the end though I like therovari better I think I get a smother stronger vape, but most importantly I like to just carry an extra battery to swap out if needed, no worry about it dying at the wrong time.
