So I tried CLS from Nicoticket....

I waited about a day before I put it in an Aerotank mini I had lying around...Went to the computer and ordered a 30mil bottle after about 2 hits. It was good, but after the tank was about dry, I thought, "what is that medicine aftertaste"? I guess the bottom line is what is the optimal steeping time for CLS, and the Creme Brulee I ordered at the same time. I'm thinking that the weird aftertaste was a product of overvaping at the time.

I know the Aerotank is not the optimal tank for such a complex flavor. I want to try it in the Kayfun and/or nautilus. I really want this to be one of my go to flavors.

I vaped some CLS out of the package (new to the flavor here) and there was 0 aftertaste. Could it be something lingering in your aerotank? I've vaped it w/ a number of different attys (kanger, genesis and silica) and didn't taste anything medicinal. To me the flavor really came out with my silica rba, if that is any help to you.

Perhaps it's the nicotine that you are tasting. I get a slight "peppery" taste from CLS but I don't remember getting it form CB. I believe it comes from the nicotine.

In my opinion both liquids get better with age. 4 weeks is about the sweet spot for me.

There is a eggy /vanilla aftertaste but it's the best part. But I drip 99% of the time.

I thank you for the input!!! This entire exercise is a mental think for me. My vaping history is full of muted flavors, harsh juice from local shops, and the quest for that "EUREKA" flavor. When I say I emptied that mini tank, It was almost gone in 15 minutes. I was so happy to have a rush of flavor right out of the mail, that I over did it. There may have been no aftertaste at all, again my mental thing.

I've learned so much from this forum. I now have my nic level at my sweet spot, learned rebuilding, and now have some flavors that were blah before are now some of my favorites. This one (CLS) has great potential. Instead of going off half cocked, I thought I'd bring this up to the vets. Again, thanks for your input and advice!!!

Hi SOS! I love Nicoticket juices and was so happy when I found them. How long have you been vaping? Sometimes you need to switch flavors now and then, and if you have recently quit smoking, etc your taste can go through some weird things. It can be hard to find the right juice, the right equipment, the right build - SO many things come into play. CLS is one of those flavors that gets better and better with time. Other flavors on the menu are great (and complex) right off the bat. If you haven't found the Nicoticket forum yet, here is a link for you. Nicoticket
The people there are very friendly and based on the equipment you use can give you suggestions for other flavors you might like, tweaks here and there to get the best vape, etc. Since you like CLS, you might also like Creme Brûlée, Wakonda (coffee), Cheesecake, Frenilla (French Vanilla), Strawnilla (Strawberry &Vanilla) or their Peanut Butter Cookie just to name a few. Pop over and say HI and ask any questions you might have.

When I first tasted CLS it was so weakly flavored that I thought people were crazy to rave about it. Now that it's sat for 8 months I revisited it & it's damn good. I had tried it from time to time and it never tasted very good to me. It's sad that it took 8 months to taste right to me but YMMV. I do however loves me some H1N1!

It's weird I liked cls/cb alright when I first got them but after about 3-4 months they got a nasty peanut butter taste. Weird right? Love everything from NT though, virus wakonda and Oreo are my favs now

I've got some Frenilla from 10/31/13 (!!!) that I drip on "special occasions".....
This juice just DOESN'T QUIT GETTING BETTER!!!!
Mind you....that's my Frenilla "Reserve Edition".....I have some newer (ie., 3/10/14) that I vape more frequently....
BUT....Wakonda, Virus and GCD are the ones in regular "rotation" on my taste buds!!!
