I have both the genuine KFL+ and the EHPro clones. I honestly can't tell much difference between them - certainely not enough to justify the $70 difference (and the EHPro comes with a few accessories and spares when the original comes with nothing). I would be weary buying the cheapest ones from FT though. I'd rather pay $40 for something that is going to be good quality and reliable (and just as good as the original one) than risk wasting $20 on something that will end up in a drawer.

I'm not saying that it's always the case, just that it seems like the quality of these is hit or miss, with a pretty high probability of miss. That's why I chose the "safer" route of the EHPro, after seeing a ton of good reviews.

That was my point. I did take a risk with the EHPro, but I figured it was much lower than getting a $16 one from FT. I did a lot of research first and only heard good things about them. I have 2 and they're very good.

And the o-ring for the filling hole is starting to wear off on the OEM one. Looks like a work horse on the EHPros (as they are on the nanos too).

My R91 doesn't leak and it doesn't have an o-ring on the fill screw. It's just a little longer than the screw that comes on the KF clone that I have. Those extra threads make a big difference.

No leaking at all on my r91.. I see a r91 as a must purchase, how people use kayfuns with no center adjustment is beyond me. The center pin adjustment is worth triple the proce of a clone. Always havung to crank it down trying to get it to fire on the provari then being scared i was gonna mess up the 510 connection on the mvp 2.. Finally got the russian and never looked back...

I was very weary of the FT model but a few members from ecf kept telling me the $16.00 model was the best one out of all of them regarding machining , performance and overall quality .

I found it hard to believe but i'm glad i did take a chance , i also spent a long time reading all the comments on the other FT Kayfun clones and i kept reading that the $16.00 model was the one to get .

I also make sure that the reviews are very current so if the comments are very favorable to a certain model if i order it i luckily will get a similar quality one which turned out to be the case.

Buying because of a review you read two months ago means nothing , look at the most recent comments. The one i got has a bottom filler screw with o ring and adjustable airflow, it's heavy and very soild, dropped it on concrete a couple times by accident and no problems at all.

Hits great with a lot of vapor and killer taste , one of the best things about FT is they let you return an item for six months if your not happy with it , i asked them what if i am not happy with a product and they said we will refund your money for up to 6 months , try that with other vendors.

Honestly? Because of how you choose to voice them. They sound very combative. This is the newbie section. Try and help people. Most don't have $100 to invest in a topper right off the bat.
