Catching a couple vapes before it arrives abd this really sweet girl tells me what an awesome system I have (my Spinner in ohsolovely purple/kanger mini). I says thanks and she proceeds to tell me that she's been vaping on the same battery about 3 years so I asks Oh, and what kind is it. She pulls her little case out and opens it up to reveal a black (rather beat up! Goshblessher) cigalike! And right then the dang bus shows up so didnt get a chance to ask the brand! Not a fan of cigalikes so much anymore but 3 freaking years on it! Wow!

I was at training at my MMA gym the other day and was puffing away on my Evod when this new guy comes up and asks me what I'm hitting. I tell him it's an electronic cigarette called an "Evod". He grins a little and heads over to his gym bag, digging around and coming back with... an iTaste with a Mini ProTank attached.

After training, we spent about 2 hours having a vape and talking about ohmage, mods and clearomizers.

Amazing how people you would never imagine to be into vaping can instantly change your perspective.

I was at a work function and we all went to dinner one night (we were all from out of town).

This salesman came up to me outside and started laughing at my Provari and Protank 2. He shouted out "Wow that is some one hitter!".

Now, I am in my 40s and I am no prude, but what in the world was I missing back in the day where one hitters would be the size of a Provari with a Protank on it?

I have seen a LOT of 40 somethings vaping in my area. It is really catching on now. I am in Vegas for work and just saw a lady come into a vape shop that was in her 60s. It is awesome!

I've never seen a one-hitter larger in size than like. A T3. And I used to hang with a lot of skunkheads.

Similar story...

I de-trained today and started walking to my building in Manhattan. I stopped at a Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a medium black and a toasted corn muffin with butter. With order in hand, I headed toward my job site happily vaping away. I got to my building and pressed the button for the 32nd floor and...

(Note) -- I did not meet a vaper in the wild but I was feeling left out so I thought I'd share a *story* too. :)

It took me almost two years to see my first vaper in the wild.
In the last two years though, I am seeing more and more and more.

In fact, just tonight there was a guy sitting outside Starbucks vaping away while computering.

And the liquor store down the street just hired a new guy, and he's a vaper.
He's just about the only guy that works there that never goes out front to smoke when things are slow.

Hopefully he'll convince the other employee-smokers that work there.
I know I've been working on them for a long, long time.
