Wow, just waiting out the weather on temp control devices, was gonna jump all over the ipv 4, but glad I waited, now there is a IPV LI, sigelei and the new Joytech to consider. all will be realeasing new products with preorders now. can't wait to here some reviews on these new baby's, Out of the three the IPV LI looks to be a winner, although you cant beat the realiability of the sigelie or the EvIC vt 60 WATT, Now I am really uptight about going temp control but I keep waiting. I always was told patience is a virtue, hopefully that saying still holds true. Any thoughts.

The only thing I can think of that will pay off for being patient is the TC chips will have been given the time to be revised and get the bugs worked out. If the manufacturer listens to it's customers.
I just received my 2nd TC mod which is the Kangxin Mini VF. My other is a VaporShark. I am fairly impressed with the Mini VF. I feel it handles TC a bit better than the "authentic" chip. The Mini VF does have it's issues tho, it goes through a battery faster than my VS. The efficiency of the chip could be improved. Also, most of the time the ohms read .01 lower than actual. Not that big of a deal actually.
I think all this could be fixed with a firmware update to the chip. So.. I am hoping Kangxin is listening to us because, for the price (under $50), they have a good mod on their hands. I really like the look and feel of it. I use it as a beater to take to work. GOOD LUcK! :D

    No you can't
I rarely go above 15 watts or below .7 ohms for me those temp control device are not needed and a good waste of money.

Though I'm holding out for the larger screens and dual batteries that are starting to come out, since my eye aren't what they use to be.

Also starting to think that they might be something in the wind on better batteries for all these high wattage devices. Just makes sense to me.

You think you have options now what a month or two.

This will be a game changer for the community.- Modular device.

@mightymen Since you don't go above 15 watts or below .7 ohms, it is interesting that a dual battery mod is in your future. Unless you don't want to charge as much? But, I can imagine you don't charge your batts often with your style of vaping. What mod do you use currently?
The Hana One Mod is also doing the modular thing. Single or dual batteries for $109, you think you would like something like that? I'm thinking about getting one for that price! :D

Yes patience is a virtue in this industry; when something finally comes out, 2 weeks later an improvement comes out.

When I first started out, the protank3 came out, then a few weeks later the aerotank came out, making the protank3 pretty useless/obsolete.
A few months ago, the subtank finally came out, and I lacked the patience and ordered spare tanks and rba heads for it, then the subtank mini came out and apparently had a better rba head, and now maybe a month or so ago , the subtank plus came out, using the subtankmini rba head, so the original subtank is obsolete; I got no use for the subtank rba heads now; but hopefully the spare glass tubes will fit.

Shortly after the sigelei100 came out, the sigelei150 came out so the people who jumped the 100's were probably facepalming:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

I'll have to google the Hana one and take a peek.

I'm a chain vaper use sony's and go through 2 batteries a day.

IPV mini, DNA30 Vamo in draw as backup.
Had a Sigelei30 when it came out, broke in two weeks got my money back and Cloupor T5 lost that do to firmware update.

Because I am a chain vaper I think puff counter is a good idea for me and I want a large screen. Another concern is I want a device that can go down to 5 watts at least. These 3 things I want in a device before I jump on it.
Dual battery I could live without but I would like it. If I get the other three wish's filled I'll be in heaven.

I'm 70 yrs old and small characters give me a problem. Screen like this will fill the bill. Call me crazy - I like it.
