So. My story. A rare account of someone who chose to smoke.

Wow what a story! So glad you discovered e-cigs. I was hopeless and resigned to smoking until it killed me no matter what before i did the same. Isnt it wonderful to be free from the slavery of smoking cigarettes? Any smoker that was like me just discovering e-cigarettes would read your story and be inspired, be given at least a bit of hope. A lot of us seem to typically be skeptical about new quitting techniques before stumbling upon e-cigs (and after) and its just wonderful how things work out sometimes. A brighter future is a side effect of PVs more often than not, and again, im so glad you found a solution to the problem of tobacco slavery.

I've seen a few of your posts in other sections MN, and judging from your writing I figured you were at least somewhere in your 30s or above. Reading that you're only 21 and write like that tells me you're got a knack for it. Keep it up. I'm surprised you're that young. Seems you've experienced more tough times than anyone deserves in their first 21 years. Good luck in the future and thanks for sharing that story.

Thank you. I will always write.

It seems as though I attract the best and the worst the world has to offer. I think it evens out. And the worst helps prepare me to make the most of the best.

I've been through things I would never wish on my worst enemy, and experienced things most people will never be lucky enough to experience. I am grateful for both.

But at the end of that, you come out of it not having to worry about whether or not you can handle life. You've already answered that question. So there's not really much to be afraid of anymore. You know what you can live through, and you know that you'll be able to spot the things worth holding on to.

Just deal with the ugly, and grab on to the beautiful. Pretty simple. Nothing to be scared of.

3 atta-girls to you Cassie. Truly an inspirational story. My, you're so young to have been through so many experiences and all around the whole world nonetheless.

I totally agree that the omega-3 can be one of the most beneficial fatty acids you can bless your body with. I've taken fish or krill oil for several years and can vouch for its muliple benefits. As a vegetable source of omega-3s, watercress and purslane salads and soups can't be beat.

Am proud of your diligence in perservering with the holistic approach. I'm so glad you joined the ECF family and have shared your story with us. You truly are an exceptional person.

Sincere blessings,
Seabrook

I thoroughly enjoyed reading that. Okay, well..I didn't delight in your pain. What I mean is, your writing style is very comfortable. A lot coming from me as I'm an avid, yet picky reader. If you ever write a book let me know. As I was reading this I could feel myself being pulled in the story. You're the kind of writer that doesn't let the reader put the book down. I really hope you find work.

And congratulations ;)
