So last week I bought my first mech mod which was a smok magneto. I enjoy it but I want to get a higher end mech that is more consistent and just more solidly built. I want a smooth button that I don't have to press super hard and I want better connectivity and of course I want it to be sexy. I really want a Lernaia Hydra but it is about 50 dollars out of my price range and not in stock anywhere I have looked. I also really want a Nemesis, but again it is nowhere to be found. I also love the Stingray from JD Tech. Does anyone have any advice on a mod that is in the 200 to 250 dollar range that I will actually be able to find somewhere? I know a lot of this is personal preference but I figured I would ask here. What metal is the most conductive and what should I be considering? I would also prefer something with a floating center pin. What vendors do you trust? Sorry if I am rambling. Any assistance and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Conductivity-wise: copper>brass>stainless steel. This being said, the performance difference between them will be negligible and easily compensated for in your coils unless you go to the extreme ends of sub-ohms. I have a Magneto and a phantom brass Stingray. The button on the Magneto is actually pretty good (IMO), but everything on the Stingray is great.
