It is worth it to have several types of ecigs for different situations . I have ones I take to work , ones that I can take when just leaving the house for a while and ones going out for an evening . A 510 PCC is good for a short trip away from home for example . You have to remember also the first rule of vaping ... Carry backups . Second rule have backups for your backups .

Yup. I learned that much the same way as the OP did. Mind you at that time I didn't have as many backups as I do now. Now even the backups for my backups have backups. :)

Ah yes,and suddenly this is where a PV on a lanyard around your neck doesnt seem to be a bad idea...along with a back-up nearby.

I think you should pack up your GG slims in lanyards and come for a visit to Niagara. I "promise" I won't steal them from around your neck...

Was down in TO for the weekend and I'd brought:
1. Precise P18 in my pocket
2. Silver Bullet in my laptop bag
3. eGo in my wife's purse
4. 2x 510 Batteries in the car
5. KR808 at my friend's place (he never ended up switching)

Left my friend's place on Saturday morning, headed out for the day to meet my wife's family for dim sum and then to meet some friends in the distillery district, left without my jacket/laptop bag/car/wife changed purses.

It doesn't matter how many backups you have, sometimes your brain just doesn't function properly.

After an hour of initial freaking out once I realized what had just happened, I came to terms with it and had a very pleasant vape free day :)

Actually lost an eGo battery a couple weeks ago while coming home from work... and I mean lost (must have vaped itself into oblivion). I wasn't so much scared as I was ....... Thankfully I had 2 batteries to spare, and got a 3rd eGo, then got my Lavatube last week, so they're on 'take-to-work' rotation, and I have a couple backups for them... my VV stays at home, though I'm debating getting a LT mini for trips and such.
