Wanting to get ahold of them and went to the website happily clicked the contact us button and got hijacked into some BS help desk , ok I know that was a accident and I musta clicked with the wrong finger or something. Second time same thing. So I came in here and it seems the person I am looking for wont take PM's so I am left to think by the proof in front of me that they are so elites that us surfs can't be bothering them. However I do need to ask a question and will not do it in this forum. So please do tell how one can contact you please.

I know they do and that's the most frustrating part I have built a few mods with the parts I get there. They are my version of radioshack it just caught me off guard that they are so closed off. I do understand and can just imagine how many redundant questions they must get. But if you went to your bank wanting to talk to someone and simply got refered to other customers I'm guessing you either wouldn't bank there very long or have a account at bank of America.

Hey LongHaul, actually the problem comes with management of multi sources of questions and managing them properly.

If we had multiple forums, multiple emails, phones and tickets it becomes unmanageable, things get lost and customers get mad.

Anyway, we send everything through our ticket system (which has a bogus interface :(, it's on the to do list) so we have a good record of who we talked to, what time, how long our response took, who answered, what we said, can our answer be used as a faq or knowledgebase answer and more.

We also have a 4 phone line system with voice mail (704) 624-8551 but we do go home at night :)

We want to help and will answer as quickly as possible but we need to stay within the confines of our process to stay organized.

I was wanting to work with you to design a custom mod that isn't being built yet and was told you have the printer for the job. So I don't really want to start spilling my plans to a uknown system if ya know what I mean. I do understand and can just imagine the headaches you must face with spontaneous random stupidity. It's just frustrating that I can't get to you without shouting in here first but oh well if interested shoot me a pm if not that's cool. Thanks

I had a problem with some eGo cartomizers I JUST purchased this week. Evidently they were mislabeled and didn't fit my 510 eGo battery. The young lady that helped me ROCKED. I'm just not real happy about the juice I lost out on. I only bought a 10 ml bottle to try it out, but still... Even still, MAD VAPES ROCKS...:toast:
