Just to make you aware, it was started not by myself, but just a handful of folks "over there", people I never did anything to, that has this fixation to give me a hard time for some sick reason. It started months ago.
Now, would YOU open your wallet to support those type of people? Think about it for a moment.
Jim, what does behavior on VF have to do with supporting CASAA? If I had let that behavior and treatment affect me, I'd have quit CASAA & activism a long time ago. Instead of quitting the community and CASAA, I just quit going to VF very often & let those with thicker skins handle business there.

you do realize that vf has no more to to with the study than ecf does right?
i understand that you feel slighted because alot of people take issue with you simply for posting at all.. but alot of that has to do with your actions also... i'd actually LIKE to see you post and not be instantly trashed... but that takes action on YOUR part just as much as others

Wait til they follow you around to other forums and then go report BACK to vf what you're saying elsewhere! lol
Just look at it this way... atleast they waste their lives thinking about you and sitting at the computer ALL DAY LONG talking about you. Don't worry- to everyone else it makes THEM look like a loser. And it's true. They must have NO LIFE.

Yup, I love having my fans.
The big problem is we're on the brink of losing the PV in this country, and they're more concerned with trash talking people.Let's just say, I'm tired of it. So we'll just watch the chips fall where they may.
And CASAA, the reason I disbanned the group was not only inactivity, but YouTube is eliminating groups altogether. So it was rather pointless to keep it going if it's just going to be canned in a few weeks time. I've been in contact with Partners support to see what other options we can utilize. I'll keep you all updated to the progress.
I don't have a dog in this fight. But I'll make a couple of ill advised comments.
There are differences in culture between here, and "over there". I don't agree with everything in either place. I don't like certain people in both places.
It's an exercise in being able to tolerate views and people which you do not agree with.
But honestly speaking, Jim, if you allow yourself to become notable in a community- you are going to draw fire whether it's warranted or not. And if you complain about the criticism- it's human nature that people will continue to attack.
If you put yourself out there as a "leader" or become notable (which you certainly have). You will draw negative attention.
Your job, with your involvement with this organization, is to be above that. Your involvement means you, to a certain extent, represent both the people you like, the ones you do not, AND those that give you a hard time.
Leaders don't whine. They do the job as best they can, communicate as effectively as possible, and ignore personal criticism when it doesn't apply to an issue.
That's my two cents. And those words are meant to encourage you.

Jim, I stopped listening to WOON a long time ago. As soon as the legislature finds out that e-cigs might deprive them of some of their cigarette excise tax, they will find any excuse to ban them, if they even bother to find an excuse.
I'm actually friends with Dave Richards. So maybe I'll take a swing by there tomorrow to see if I can get some air time. Who knows? He's pretty cool when it comes to bringing out both sides of an argument.
Well, I contacted Dave Richards to see if I could get some airtime on WOON, but alas, the times are booked out. He did suggest I give Dave Ferriers show a call. That guy talks about anything and everything imaginable. I could probably get a good 10-15 minutes of talk time if I play it right.
