Not sure how to word this to make sense with what I am trying to figure out but here we go. I want to narrow this down so bear with me. If I smoke one anolog I was wondering what the nicotine intake is compare to vaping. In other words If I smoke one cig how many hits of vaping do I need to get the same amount of nic. I am starting at 24 mg with the vaping. So one vape? 5 vapes ? (drags) Hope this makes sense.

I'm not realy sure their is an exact answer to that question, but starting out at a higher nicotine level to replace analogs is a good way to go.

You need to feel it out. When you crave an analog take a few vapes and see how you feel. Figure out how many you take before the cravings go away. It will vary from person to person.

Then whenever you feel the urge to smoke you'll know you need ** vapes to feel content.

The nicotine in vapor is also absorbed in a different area of the body, too. Obviously tobacco smoke's nicotine is absorbed primarily in the lungs. But with vapor, it is primarily absorbed in the mouth, throat, and nose. Therefore, it's not necessary to get your nic dose by inhaling.

Vaping technique is to take a slow 3-6 second draw into the mouth, much like sucking on a milkshake. You can inhale if you wish, but exhale some of the vapor through your nose in addition to your mouth.

Your taste buds have been damaged from years of smoking, so you may have a difficult time finding flavors that you can taste, or at least like. Our sense of smell is closely related to our ability to "taste". You'll understand this if you remember how food tastes bland when you have a bad head cold. So exhale vapor through your nose to give those damaged taste buds an assist. You'll probably find that until your taste buds begin to heal, you'll be able to "taste" the flavors better with your nose than your tongue.

You can research the "average nicotine by FTC method" for all cigarettes sold in America. FTC is the Federal Trade Commission.

By comparison, vape juice is measured in mg/mL, that is a 18mg nic juice will have 18mg/mL or is 1.8% by volume. If it takes all day to vape 2mL of juice (a lot for me) then the comparison to cigarettes is quite easy.
