so whats the skinny on NET liquids?

i did some searching around and cant really find much. i picked up 2 bottles from goodejuice (menthol and menthol ice). i wasnt impressed at first but they are slowly starting to taste better (either my taste buds are coming back or they just needed to steep for for 4 extra days).

anyways i digress. so what is in NET liquids? as far as chemicals go? are there any studies? any articles explaing them better and the process? i assume they come from commercial tobacco with the 4k chemicals in them, though maybe im wrong.
