So I've been smoke free for almost 2 weeks but Im not sure im helping wene myself off the nic. First off I got a few bottles of 36mg juice, in hindsight I think it was too high and i might be going the wrong direction. I have some 24mg and some 18mg but I was planning on vaping the 36 first. I feel the same when I vape any of them, should I can the 36mg?
I also think I vape more then i used to smoke. I certainly vape more often since I can vape at my desk and at work and in my living room. On the other hand but then I think I have less drags, the cig I would smoke until it burned down but I don't need to do that with the ecig.
A lot of people in the health section talk about having withdrawl from the lack if cigs. I've always maintaned that I was more addicted to the hand/mouth and social aspect of smoking than the nic but I haven't noticed any change what so ever. I havent coughed anything up and my body feels much the same. Is that due to the high nic ive been vaping?

Just mix the 36 with some 12 - a 50/50 mix will get you 24mg. a 1:3 mix with 12 will get you 18mg.

Too many variables to tell. I coughed up some stuff for the first week or two and after that the upper respiratory just felt lighter and lighter. I smoked three packs a day but ultra lights. 24mg is too much nic for me. I vape at 11mg and was in power vaping mode/aka pacifier mode for about 3 months. Once I got a few mods - Bartleby and Protege, I was able to put the thing down for a while ;-)

I smoked for over 20 years and never coughed up any black or brown gunk. I don't think its uncommon as we are all built differently. I did have a morning cough while a smoker but produced only clear mucus and my chest xrays were always clear - hopefully that's not TMI lol.
Some people are also more addicted to the habit part of smoking than the actual nic (or less to the nic than they imagine) and some, perhaps like yourself, find their ideal nic level right off the bat and don't get any cravings worth mentioning. They don't feel 'better' because they never felt 'bad' to begin with - although as we know smking can be insidious in its effects on the body - sometimes not showing up until many years in the future. Of course there are also people who smoke a lifetime and never get sick too. Still other people find they are addicted to the MAOI in cigarettes that treat an underlying depression they didn't know they had until they quit.
See what I mean about all being different?
You might fall into all, some or none of those 'profiles'.
As for vaping more - we do because we CAN I think. If it worries you then use a timer to limit your vaping, and only vape at those times.
Just go with what feels right; if you're good on what you are doing, why question it? You're not smoking so that's got to be 'better' for you, and you're not 'craving' either.
Seems like you found a good balance :)

My grandmother smkoed Kool unflitered cigs from when she was 14 or so until she was 90 when she died of something unrelated to smoking. Was never even in a hospital until the day before she passed. I could also manage to run a 2 mile in under 13 minutes dispite lighting up right before. Of course these are facts that made it hard to justify the pain of quitting.
The vape allows me to keep that pain off and be healthier. Whats gotten to me is all these people who claim that the e-cig is worse then a cig and blah blah blah. I've looked at the research and it still seems much healthier than smoking but they have but the shadow of doubt in my mind.
