Some General Questions.

Ok, I am a noob when it comes to PV's. This is my xmas present for me and my wife, weve tried to quit smoking cigs to no avail so instead of quitting weve decided to switch to a healthier method.

I originally tried ordering 2 Blu's because i didnt know any better and was taken in by the marketing. While waiting for my order to process I was led to these forums. After a week of being "in process" i decided to contact them to find out there having backorder problems again. It would of been nice to recieve an email. Im now glad Ive cancelled my order with them.

First Question,
I live in the chicago land area, Since it looks like your local do you guys have a place for pickup? Im going to order online tonight, but it would be nice to know if i ran out of carts, if there was somewhere to go.

Second Question,
Me and my wife both smoke about a half a pack to a full pack a Day, How much supply should i have on hand? And how long is the average ship time for new carts. Im going to buy some e-liquid also but at this stage i want to have enough carts on hand.

Third Question,
Do you guys sell Blank Carts? Id like to buy some additional flavors and it would be nice to use a blank palatte.

and Last Question.
My Wife and I both work around Machinery. Im curious if this would be a problem with the automatic versions. would you recomend the auto or the manual?

they should let you come in and buy ive heard stories of people doing that

you will probly use 2 carts per person per day, on avg,

ship time will be really fast for you probly a day or so, im in texas takes 2-4 days

they sell blank carts but i believe they are currently out,

im not sure about these autos and machinery, best thing to do is get one of each and try them out, see if the noise activates the cig i doubt it though.

i originally ordered a blu as well and cancelled and ordered a vk im glad i did fantastic product best company hands down.

My previous unit had auto batteries that activated when I fired up my motorcycle. I ordered a manual and an automatic with this kit (me and wife). Happily, her auto battery is not activated by my loud pipes. Looks like I'll be able to order autos! Your Mileage May Vary!

The autos that I have (regular and XL with the 13sec cutoff) are vacuum actuated, not sound.

I put a magnetic screwdriver tip in my pocket and it set off my auto's, watch that. Also when I was running my skidsteer with it hanging out my mouth it was used quickly! Might have been me breathing, I'm not sure!

This comment right here just decided that im going to order manuals. Since I work for the machine manufacture, I always have interlock magnets, magnetic screwdrivers etc floating around in my pockets. Thanks for this tip. I never even thought about that.

I believe if you call the crew you can stop in and pick up your order from what others have said, I sure wish they were based near me!!!

I'd recommend having at least two packs of cartos on hand to start with and some refill juice, don't go overboard until you find the flavors and nicotine level that works for you! I was a full pack a day plus smoker of marlb reds and I vape about 1.5 to 2 cartos a day, your intake could be more or less, most of us go a bit vape happy when we first start then settle down. The order usually ships by the next business day priority mail. Florida is a bit slow with USPS so it's usually four days for me.

Do you guys sell Blank Carts? Id like to buy some additional flavors and it would be nice to use a blank palatte. You just missed them but I'm sure they will be ordering some more in soon.

Just placed my order

2 ultimate ultimate MANUAL kits with some kamel Carts

along with some ry4 and some cola,peach and coffee. Gotta try some of the different types of flavours out Grabbed the 24mg carts. We smoke camels now, so im hoping the carts wont be too weak or too strong. I was afraid to try the 36 and also the 18 so here we are

Im a few miles away and just discovered that when I got my kit in the mail.. They said I can do pick ups from time to time, but not on Mondays since they are very busy..

Let me know how those carts do.. im still trying to figure out my strength and flavor.. I used to smoke anywhere from 1/2 a pack to 1 pack depending on the day... (Marlboro Lights)

I kinda dont like the Cowboy 11mg Carts I ordered so I tried one of the extras they were so nice to send me... the parliament 18mg.. on the PT this cart is amazing!

Not too bad on the battery itself but its alot better on the PT.. going to try the rest next..

From everything Ive come across, it seams they make a great product and have excellent customer service. And its the relationship that means the biggest deal 2 me. Blu could have the best product on the market and as far as im concerned I would never order from them with the way they handle things. Just goes to show what a little kindness and word of mouth does for the world

You made a great choice - I hope you and your wife are as happy with them as we have been. I was lucky and stumbled onto the ECF before I ordered anything, and also found this video, which helped me make up my mind. I know my wife would have no interest in fussy equipment - whatever I bought had to work out of the box. We were not disappointed.

Yep. My jacket has magnetic clasps on the pockets, and I discovered just before I left the US that auto batteries will fire up whenever my lanyard rests too close to the chest pockets.
