Some sellers do not send to Sp..??

Hi All,
Being new in the ecig, i have read n saw a few Peers here recommending dealers whom sells good E juice. As i went through the web indeed the $$ n flavor is good. So i intended to grab some.
But sad to say some do not sent to singapore, and that sucks.
I seriously do not understand y is this so n even if it is seize by the custom it is my problem n not theirs.

As I understood (but don't hold my word on it, I live kinda far away from there) Singapore has some kind of ban on e-cigs.

They probably do not want to do this becuase they don't want to listen to people cry that they never got the order.
I am in the US and I would not sell things on e-bay to canada becuase customs takes forever to clear, and I would often get complaints about the time it took / disputes that people never got the items only to have them arrive a month after I shipped.

Also.. Why would they ship things to places they know it is illegal?
