I have been vaping for well over 7 hours now. Actually taking a break. But in a few instances I have become light headed. Nothing extreme, just a woo feeling. Like I used to get when I first started analog cigs. Remember those days? I've eatin, I have kept fluids in me. So I'm wondering if I might of just over done it on my starter carts. I don't remember what mg they are but they are labeled high.

Getting zero nic juice of the same flavor you like and cutting your higher nic juice down or just vaping zero while your head clears helps. If you like to chain vape 24/7 or just when going out, a low or no nic vape is needed fast in my mind.A different delivery method holds tons of getting use to problems that are not talked about enough. Its too easy in the beginning to not put the pv down, thus vaping like crazy. You dont light it, ash it,pay crazy amounts for juice, have the other chemicals slow you down, cough, catch things on fire, drool, etc that you do with smokes.Getting use to something new takes a lot of time really.Good luck.

Yep, that still happens to me too after 3 weeks of vaping. But, I do have 2 eGos and 2 Rivas going all at the same time. I just rotate thru them to let them cool down. Using the medium 10-11mg juice. Sometimes I just have to walk away from them for 15 or 20 minutes. I don't mind the light headedness so much, but sometimes I get a queasy stomach and a bit of a headache.

Can't help it, I just love vapin'.

Yeah I got that with 18mg and above because I chain vape like a madman, at 12mg I can vape from when I wake to when I go to bed without a problem except for when using my GGTS with AVS, for some reason it seems to intensify the nic content and I need to cut it in half to 6mg lol.

are those your mod/hybrids in your avatar pic? Those look so neat!

Sure are thanks :)
From left to right is a 5v Journeyman (bottom juice fed), a 3.7v/6v Journeyman, a GGTS + AVS(auto juice feeder), A Buzz (variable voltage), a 5v Sabertouch and an Ego.
Since taking that pick I've recieved another Buzz in gold and got a Little Sister variable voltage being made ;)

I'd go check the nic levels from where you bought your kit from.. Low/med/high differs from place to place.. Like high at V4L for instance is 36mg and that is pretty darn strong for a regular vape for some.. I smoked Kool's which were pretty strong and 36mg even kicked my .... when I vaped it regularly one weekend (good for AM and after meals cig cravings though)... Sounds like you do need a lower nic than you got althouhg like some said it isn't uncommon to feel that way when you first start vaping though.. I would still go find out the nic level in what you got though just incase it is very high!!
