Some very specific statistics of quality 18650 batteries ie: Panasonic etc.

I found info on these batteries and will add to this thread as I gather more quality brand stats. I did this based on a question in another thread about low Ohm coils. It got me thinking about how it would be nice to know at what point thermal runaway from under discharge could occur, thus averting a crisis.. Plus there's just more info on the batteries themselves.
