4 months here. Moderation is the key. If I vape to much (which I do), I can tell. Starts with ringing in my ears from the nicotine (more noticeable because of my tinnitus) , then nausea, then slight dizzyness. It's called to much nicotine. It doesn't hi you like a cigarrette does, more of a slow build up. I have experienced sore gums from to much vaping of PG. No allergic reactions though, but I am not allergic to anything I am aware of.

I have had MANY side effects since I have started vaping!!

For one... I can smell my dogs farts! And I swear because of it, my nose hairs have burned off!
Another! I cant seem to get enough of the taste of food! I have definitely gained a bit of weight since I have quit, but then again it was only 10 lbs or so, that I have killed with some exercise heeh

I am such a smart alek!

Its all about moderation as mentioned above.

It's too easy to Vape too often when compared to how often people may have used to smoke tobacco cigarettes.

I actually had side effects related to the overdose of nicotine intake and not the E-Cigarettes themselves. These included migraines, and a few other small problems with feeling slightly nauseated.

I switched to lower nicotine E-juice and the problems went away. Keep in mind that I used to smoke two packs a day non filtered, which is why I thought I should vape the strongest Nicotine E-Juice I could find.

And I was wrong.

Also I had serious acne problems for awhile when I first switched, but they went away.

After a bit of research I actually found out it's not uncommon to have acne issues when you "quit smoking" and not because you started vaping.

Something to do with your body trying to rid itself of the toxins.

Haha! Monty Python!

Was it just a flesh wound?
