Hey there,

have been vaping a few years ago and started with those vapes where you had to put the liquid into the wool which wasn't the best experience but worked...

well i got back to smoking after some years and now i have taken another step with my vaporesso Revenger X and Uwell Crown 3....


But unfortunately my Revenger X died while getting a little too hot due to a shortage and leaving me with burned plastic and a slighty burned part on my table
I'm also in search for a vaporesso contact since my mails to the vaporesso support are only getting rejected due to spam

Hopefully this will get resolved as the revenger x is a really nice battery-mod with the touchscreen and i can lurk around longer here with that account

Oh gee I’ve got 5 Revenger Xs without any problems ever especially getting “hot”. Would you please describe exactly what happened as well as what batteries you use - model and maker- and where you bought them.

Was it the board on the mod or the batteries starting to vent? The safety protections should’ve shut the mod off it it was the board and batteries too.

Makes me nervous just thinking about it.

I’ve been using Messenger through the Vaporesso FB page when I have questions. I’ve always heard back within 24-48 hours. That’s the quickest imo. Also their main contact email from their website has always worked for me too. I think a different vaping forum may have a Vaporesso representive and they’ll just ask you to pm them with the video and description of the problem.

When you do get in touch with them they will request a short video of the mod with you showing or telling of the problem. Most manufacturers and some stores will ask for this so it’s normal. So just go with it. A lot of people complain about it (I did the 1st time I had a problem w another device) but the use them for troubleshooting etc...

Well it happened while i was away eating with my family at my restaurant. Fortunately enough nothing more happened

I've used two SE US18650VTC5A and charged it with an external charger. I had the Revenger X for one year (which is what makes me go directly to the manufacturer since the shop where i bought it will just do the same due to law in Germany) but it has been lying around for some good time which made me buy new batteries as the old one died...

Also got some pictures, do have an mp4 but i'm not allowed to post links so that would have to wait



Yeah at first i got a response after getting in touch with the vaporesso contact form but sending mails back to the support-address gives me an instant bounce... Could try Facebook, maybe that works better. Doing a google search i just saw that a Vaporesso Rep has an account here since didn't found anything on reddit.

I mean i don't wanna badmouth someone but this is something serious and i'm just glad that only my table got burned...

Hi and welcome to the friendly bunch

You will definitely get some help from the Vaporesso forum here as posted above. I have no experience of their facebook page but if @Fidola13 says its a good way to get in touch then it is.

What you're describing sounds like a hard short leading to a venting problem. Vaporesso have a good reputation for well built mods and are one of the more respected vendors but obviously that doesn't mean that something hasn't slipped through quality control in this case.

If you come back and tell us more about what happened we may be able to diagnose for future reference but obviously Vaporesso will provide a replacement if it's their fault.

Yeah, the notification bar which is shown after doing the registration tells that you need 5 Messages to post links or use the DM Feature. But maybe this is outdated...

There is a bit of forum lag involved.
Once you hit your five posts, it may take up to an hour for the server to "promote" you to the "full member" group.
