Something all newbies who are cleaning your attys with ISO alcohol should know.

I'm not sure if this is the case with other cleaning methods, but after iso cleaning, you may need as many as 8 drops to get your atty 'going again'.

I think it's important to point this out, just so you don't put 3 drops, puff on it and get zero vapor and think you ruined your atty and throw it away.

Someone just pointed this tip out to me, so I went and got the atty I thought was broken and sure enough it vapes like a charm with a few more drops.

I hope I helped someone out there with this. Sorry if it's already common knowledge, but it wasn't common enough that I ever read about it after 2 months on these forums haha, and it caused me a little grief so I'm hoping to prevent that for someone else. :]

this is very good information! i clean it every night... and in the morning i put three drops. i get vapor but it taste burnt and i just keep adding till it gets going... at least now i know it's normal, i often wondered if it was damaging

Your soooo right on posting this! I was using this ISO method and yup 3 drops didn't do it. At least 6 then couple hits add a couple more. GREAT INFO.......I THOUGHT I fried mine then tried more juice and it vaped normally. Does anyone clean cartos the same. I have seems to work. I use 91% ISO and blow out most of it then sit it in front of a fan overnight. Cartos don't get as dry as attys so i just condom fill and there good to go.

Absolutely right. I wish I'd made this clearer in the vids I did.

When they're dry, you're starting with a bone-dry atomizer. With my 510's, it usually takes 5 or 6 drops to get 'em going, but it can take more. With my 901's, it takes 4 or so usually.
