Yes, even though I enjoy my more advanced devices, I could probably vape happily on an ego battery with a 1.5 ohm sc carto/tank. Unfortunately I started out with an Ego-T with it's problematic and under-performing atomizer and it started me on the quest to find the holy grail. Unfortunately most common starter kits come configured in some suboptimal way. Perhaps this is even intentional if everyone was happy from the start there would be much less money to make.

Yeah, I'm sitting here using almost the same darn thing; 'cept I put a lanyard on it so I don't spend so much time looking for where I last had it. What's that old joke? - "The only thing men brag about being smaller is their cell phone." Maybe their pv, too.....

Actually many things we pay extraordinary amounts to get less of, such as not only phones, PV's, and computers, but such things as bicycles. Common bicycle component $100 for 250g part, same design 210g for $350. $250 to lose 40g and that much more likely to fail sold to some dude only riding a bicycle for exercise and would get better workout pushing the extra 40g around.

I'm only couple weeks in and I'm trying to keep things simple. I ordered my first kit a kgo and it's been working great. I ordered a lavatube yesterday. The LT is for home use the kgo will be for out and about. All I plan on buying now is cartos and juices as I need them.

you will love the lavatube. sometimes I just need something to carry around with me that doesnt cause attention. The tank i have now, which now has a 1.7ohm resurrector carto in it (flanged bottom), is much better than the 1.5DC carto i had in there....plus the 1.5DC sucks that battery dry. the 1.7ohm R is much better in terms of a vape on an ego/kgo/tornado battery.
