I know there's a bunch of folks that do a bit of e-cig related buying on ebay, but even though I've had an account with them since about forever, I will stick to places with consistently reputable customer service. Too many fly-by-night "vendors" with little or no integrity on fleabay for my tastes.
Just put it in a baggie or other plastic container. Then bring it to a disposal center if you worry about the environment. If not, just throw it in the trash, where I'm assuming the great majority of all spent
