I just saw some18650 on Amazon, they stated they were genuine. Should I believe them? Also who's Insat International?

No idea who they are. Sony 18650 batteries are probably the most counterfeited battery today. Amazon or Ebay would be the last place I would buy any.

However, Sony VTC5 batteries are only 20 amp continuous. It's a common misconception that they are 30 amp batteries.

The only 30 amp 18650 batteries available today are the Sony VTC3 and Lg HB2 and Lg HB4:
