I have a geekvape aegis legend with a Falcon king. And I'm currently using it at 75/80 watts. Am I safe to use VTC6 batteries?

VTC6 cells should be good for about 45W to 60W each. Duals put you in a safe range up to 120W max. VTC5 and VTC5A would give you a little lower MAH rating, but higher amperage. You should be fine with dual VTC6 cells and should get more vape time than the heavier VTC5's.

Since the Aegis Legend is a dual battery mod, you get double the wattage over a single battery mod.

Sony VTC6 cells are rated as 15 amp batteries. Each one provides up to 45 watts, so using two gives you up to 90 watts. You're good.

Better to ask about danger than about safety. Sony will tell you none of their batteries are rated safe for e-cig use. But we know of no unmitigable danger. I've been using a pair of VTC6s in my Legend at 100W for a year.
