Yeah, I thought that too, about 3 1/2 months ago. My 1300 mah battery sits in a bowl with a cheap plastic clearo on, with some juice still in it. Here, let me take a vape on it...........YUCK, What the heck is that nasty chit!!! Was that an analog?? being unemployed and very broke, I bit the bullet and bought one of the eGo starter kits off eBay. Got 2 1100mah batteries and some cheap CE4 clearomizers that I hope last the week. I am hoping to get some of the new ARO Pyrex Bottom Coil Tanks. That way I don't have to worry about the plastic tanks cracking.

I'm a noob, so I got a kit with a pair of Evods. They're working great for me. The only change I plan to make in the near future is to get at least one glass clearomizer, maybe two. Plastic doesn't do everything I want.

The best startup kit I feel is a Kanger evod kit. They are basic and work well. You can get one on Ebay for about $40. Im still using this setup and it has served me well!

You can also get the Kanger EVOD starter kit -- it's a set of 2 for $40.
This was done so you're not without a battery while one is charging.
I keep this link on my phone and send it to anyone who ask me what should they buy and shipping is pretty fast.

All good suggestions above, but I have also found that the Smoktech SID is a very good, entry level VV/VW mod, which will accommodate 18650 batteries (sick battery life!). It is the low-cost option to the eVic (have that also--compares nicely!)

My vote is for the Innokin MVP 2, seems there are a lot of reviews on the MVP v1 which are positive. It is fairly priced as well, which makes it a decent entry level PV

Mount Baker has yummy, inexpensive juice USA Made Nicotine Juice, E Juice, E Liquid, Electronic Cigarette Juice You'll probably need 1.8 mg nicotine juice at least if you're at all a smoker.

I appreciate the build quality of the Provari, but I am a huge fan of VW. Until that is available on the Provari, I am sticking with my eVic anf new Vamo mated to Protanks. Current focus is no getting into rebuildables. Provari, eVoc and Vamo are just battery delivery systems, The vape experience is going to come from the atomizer and juice delivery system.
