Dual coil cartos for the ego. They sell a kit that comes with dual coil cartos but it's out of stock. Someone posted on here that they emailed them and all of their stock is in, but they haven't put the kits together yet. For a couple dollars more, I'd get the kit that comes with dual coil cartomizers.
I just put in my order for the Riva...didn't even see the ego with dual coils on there.

Didn't see that one. I got the one with the Boge cartos, those are out of stock it seems too :\ I suck at ordering things.
The only experience I have with any of these is the Totally Wicked Tornado. Now, I had the tank system, which at the time was great. It's a nice little e-cig that, if you are just starting out, should work. It got me completely off analogs for the entire period of lent, which is why I stopped in the first place. As you may notice, at least I did, after a while you're going to want something better. But for a first go at it, the Tornado tank did just fine for me. And like I said, I don;t have any experience with the others. Hope this helps a little, if not, I'm sorry for rambling lol.
Thanks for the reply, I am going to see how my Riva works out when it comes in. After that I am finished ordering anything until I get back to the US of A. I figure the more gear I have out here, the more stuff I have that can break in my bags on the way home(besides the one I choose for my carry on).
You did the right thing. You'll like the Riva and the boge cartos. Different types of cartos are easy to pick up down the road.
When I get home everything will be easier. Not sure if there are any shops around the Trenton/Philly region that I can run to, but shipping won't take nearly as long as it does to get over here currently.
I think there might be a couple shops in NJ somewhere. Maybe around Freehold?

Halo is about 70 miles from where I am at, so I should be able to get my G6 cartos same or next day when I order stuff frpm my place.

He was supplier of the year or something like that. Whatever that means. He has lots of mods, different accessories, etc. Not cheap but good products, super fast service. I buy my juice from there.
