all of you ex smokers know what its like to be sick and trying to suck one down... it sucks alot. vaping can be difficult too, i went from 3 carts(18 mg) a day to almost none, just a recommendation if you get sick (cold, sore throat etc. ) drop your nic level, i got some low juice and because my throat is sore its the only thing i can vape,

also stay away from really strong flavors like the teas, i noticed the richer flavors (choc. capp etc. ) is a little easier on the tubes.

just an fyi

i can tell you im getting better much faster vaping than smoking, i remember colds used to last forever b/c the analogs prolong a cold.

Yep, I'm "trying" to get over an upper respiratory infection & vaping doesn't hurt, but the PG drys you out so . . . without being gross, you get the picture.
Feel better y'all,
NB

I'm there right now. Fluids, fluids, fluids. Preferably non-alcoholic.
Fluids, fluids, fluids are your friend.

Now to find my water bottle............

I keep the menthols on hand not because I like menthol particularly (I don't!) but because I have hayfever and when I am stuffed up or my throat is scratchy, the menthol ones really feel good. My favorite for this is the ice cream - it has a minty taste that is toned down by a light vanilla flavor (I usually add a few drops of vanilla to make it taste better) but the menthol seems to sooth the throat and open up my stuffy nose.
