Your device really doesn't have the current to be pushing two coils like that at so low of a resistance. Although they are marketed for low voltage devices (3.6-4.2v - yours is a 3.6v but under that load it would be far less like 3.3v due to voltage sag) but really they are better on high amperage, high voltage APVs. I'm not talking about a Provari or a Lavatube, which can't push enough amps to vape them at high voltages, I'm talking about a Darwin (expensive, ugly, and rare), the Vario (won't be out for 3 weeks - it may blow the Lavatube out of the water, we'll see then), or Vmax (kind of a piece of junk).
My advice would be to use a 2.0 ohm boge single coil cartomizer if you love cartos, but even better I would recommend a low resistance E1-V clearomizer tank (you can find them on discountvapers.com for about 6 bucks a piece. You may want to learn how to re-wick them with cotton or bamboo yarn too as silica wicks have been found to be potentially dangerous and they are in just about every single commercial clearomizer. All of this and a great deal more are explained in the Vaper's Handbook which you can find the link to below, just above my quit banner in my signature.
Back to the subject at hand, of course I recommend hydration because most people don't drink enough water as it is, but I also can say that maybe you should reassess what ratio of juice you are using. If you vape higher VG ratios like 60/40 PG/VG 50/50 40/60 etc. you're going to get in a situation where the juice is so thick that it won't wick well and cause dry hits in a lot of atomizers (a general term I use to describe anything with a coil in it). When you vape does it ever taste burnt even if your carto is topped off? If it does I recommend the next bottle of juice you get be 70/30 PG/VG which you will find wicks loads better than 50/50 and will have improved flavor. If dry hits are the problem then that could easily result in a sore throat.
