Sore Throat while vaping

So ive been vaping for about a month now, and as of a few days ago ive been getting a sore almost swollen feeling in my throat when i exhale, ive been vaping the same ratio of 70/30 VGPG with 12mg nicotine for the entire time, any help would be great ^^

Havn't been chain vaping very often, and i mixed up a batch of 6mg and that didn't really seem any different, only vaped 3-4ml of it though!

Cool Fire 4, vaping out of a subtank mini at 18 watts, 0.6ohm coil

30 watts at 12mg would be high.

or
if you stopped smoking a month ago, it could be just one of the symptoms from stopping smoking;
either way your throat is saying to ease up

Drink plenty of water. Pg and Vg pull moisture from your mucous membranes and can cause mild dehydration, sore throat, and dry mouth.

Try increasing your coil resistance and/or decreasing your wattage and/or drop your nic concentration. Make sure your wick stays wet.

been chugging water like a demon, will try a higher resistance coil though, i figured it might just be a symptom of quitting, seeing as i only quit a month ago! thanks anyway!
