I would say, just vape the VG at night, if that seems to make the difference with PG. And no, PG is not lower quality, some people preffere the way it delivers flavor(I don't), and others prefere the TH(I don't). It's a preference issue. Also, strictlyejuice.com has 30ml of VG juice for $10, although it is high in nic at 36mg. I really like their tobacco flavor VG, their menthol is good too. Niether are hard on my throat. Also, you can get their unflavored VG and get some flavorings for it, and mox w/ a little VG from Whole Foods or the drug store(cheap). If you mix the VG w/ nic 50/50 w/ USP VG it brings the nic to @15mg once you add flavor.

I can definitely see the TH standpoint, the VG I had had great flavor but nonexistant TH. I will definitely check out strictlyejuice.com- that is a great price. As for the mixing tips, thanks a lot for the detail you've given. I have a jumping off point for mixing now, which I've been wanting to start learning. I do have a question about that recipe though. Which part has the nicotine in it? And where do I get that?

Pg and VG have their own merits really. I always run my juice around 80 or 90 percent vg, with a little PG to give it a nice throat hit. To balance throat hit among my juices I add different amounts of vodka to each. Granted I just DIY for myself...but it works for moi! ^_^

If you've got strong enough juices you could try doing a 50 50 of the pg you have and some Glycerin from walmart...just get the USP grade stuff in the hand creams area. 24mg juice would then be 12, but would be a LOT less harsh on your throat. I'd suggest mixing it 50 50 in a small bottle first, before doing it to a whole 30ml.

The juices are definitely strong enough. Thanks Israfil, I didn't think about just diluting the strength with a little VG, that's pretty cool.

strictlyejuice.com. The 36mg of NIC 30ml unflavored is the mixing liquid.

I agree, but I have noticed something. I use PG for the most part, and I do think the PG juice I started with set off some kind of reaction. I bought some PG from a different company because I thought that my sore throat and sinuses were an allergic reaction, started using it, and no throat/sinus irritation. After joining and reading some of the posts on here, I realized that maybe it was just my body acclimating, so I went back and tried my starter juice; got the sore throat and runny nose again. Maybe it is something some companies use in their processes, or the plastic bottles used for the juice? I stopped using it again and gave the rest to my boyfriend, since he doesn't have the same reaction, and I returned to the PG juice I bought.

I believe I read somewhere that this is due to all the PG building up on your throat, and it drying out while sleeping, since you are breathing for 8 hours with no liquids wetting your throat. Drink water before bed, and drink a lot of water when you wake up. This should go away within five minutes, and should be lesser of a problem if you stay properly hydrated.
