Try drinking water for one, next are you vaping propylene glycol? If so, you may be sensitive to that, especially if you are itching. Is your nicotine too high? Get yourself some lower strength juice to go back and forth with. Try holding vapor in your mouth and exhaling it out your nose and mouth. Don't worry, you will still get your nicotine! Keep drinking water! I vape the most late at night when I am tired, that's my night owl instinct to stay awake, and when I wake up in the morning, my throat feels like I smoked a whole pack of cigarettes and I am pretty hoarse. I found keeping a glass of water on my nightstand so I can take sips throughout the night helps my throat in the morning.

As Worzel mentioned, the nicotine might be too much. If your vaping quite often. The PG may be an issue as well. Fluids, fluids and more fluids.

When I first started vaping I was going thru 1ml a day @ 24mg. Then increased to 2ml per day and noticed some dryness going on in my throat. Drinking more liquids while vaping helped that problem and cutting down to 18mg. Currently I go thru about 3 to 4ml's a day and no issues. Knowing when I need a break helps and Ive cut my nicotine level down further to 12mg.

I wouldn't take it lightly, you should take some of the advice given already. However I wouldn't freak out too bad just yet. I've gotten my throat sore a couple times over doing it on too much nic, vaping too hot, and I've WAYYY over done it several times trying to learn how to rebuild my first RBA.
