So I bought there super kit about 6 or 7 months ago and got on there mailer program. I've got about 100 12 mg tobacco cartridges from them. I hate the flavor. I failed switching to vaping with them because I didn't like it. Thank god for my friend who helped me do the right thing.

Anyway, I can't even see South Beach Smoke on eBay and think that I won't be able to sell this kit and the unused cartridges so I'm wondering if I can make the stuff work for me in the proper format. Does anyone know what battery type SBS uses. I thought I read somewhere that their new batteries were kr808d-2 (not d-1) but can't seem to find it again. SBS claims that these are 4.2 volt batteries. Is it worth it to keep them as back up batteries? Can I "clean" these old cartridges and reuse them and at least get some of my money's worth?

Thanks,

Anybody ever try to clean the BS cartomizers from the retail stores and reuse them?
I have with some limited success. i started on v2 - almost same things i would pop the caps and remove the rubber washer if any and throw them in a bowl of warm water to soak for a while, had tons of them so I never really paid attention to how long - then i would throw them into a pot of boiling water for about 10 min or so turn off the heat and let em soak for a while while I ate dinner or whatever.

after that pored em into a colander to drain and just flushed each one real quick under the faucet leaving them on a towel to dry in my window sill for a few days. almost always worked, but i would run into a couple that had a little taste left but it usually dissapeared once the new juice worked its way into the wicks a couple times. seems like a lot but I also ran the same cart(s) for a a few days using a drip tip and refilling with a few drops through the day and doing the full clean about every two three weeks. like I said it didnt 100 work on all of them but doing this i had some last 4-5 weeks total life at 2-3 days per cart sometimes.
not every one would survive but most did. and I admit i was shocked at how many stayed running, while i have moved on to a better batt and system i still have somewhere around 30 or so carts clean and stored away w my ol v2 batt i was tryin to be cheap cause i didnt know what was what yet and didnt realize you could just go buy some of "this type" generic carts.
