Spaced vs Closed Coil

What's better for flavor spaced or mirco coil?

I don't find any difference. Spaced helps cut down the heat a little since the air gets all around the wire.

would it allow to pump more wattage thus potentially more flavour. I just got an rta Lemo 2 to be exact and I'm trying to find a coil that will give me the best flavour. Reason why i made the switch from tank to rta was for that reason. Any pointers would be helpful

I prefer the flavor of a spaced coil. Not really because the flavor is better or even different.... For me its that the wicks last longer with spaced coils. And when it is time to change the wicks the coils are much less gunked up. I get 1 day on a wick or less with contact coils and 2 or more with spaced coils. The funny thing is the old wicks from my spaced coils are much dirtier than the wick from my contact coils. I think that is because the gunk is absorbed by the wick in a spaced coil and deposits on the coil of a contact coil. The other funny thing is that, I change the wick when the flavor changes for the bad or drops off alot.

You know,
spaced vs contact is not what matters to your question. The most important thing to a good vape whether for flavor or clouds, is the amount of surface area on which to vaporizer juice and the temperature to do it at. You have to first figure that out before you worry about the LOOKS of the coil.

I wasn't sure if there was a difference in flavor. I'm having some trouble figuring out the right build for my RTA (Lemo 2). That being said the thing of surface area would a 10-12 wrap with higher gauge work out better then a 6-8 lower gauge wire?. The look makes no difference
