Why are MANY of your friends be ex-criminals?

LOL, I attend AA and me and the husband have scooped up many ex-reprobates from there. I actually misspoke, I just meant many of my friends are ex-criminals. To be fair, I suppose earlier in life many of my friends were just plain criminals, LOL. The change is nice, actually....
