Special thanks to...

I fell off the wagon almost a year ago and just recently climbed back on. I ordered a few Titan batts from V4L and received my favorite color blue, which also happened to be DOA. I contacted CS and they sent another one ASAP. Unfortunately it was a navy blue, but it worked well so I kept it. I placed another order and asked for the first blue color that I received and got it today. I'd like to thank B3C11 who 'picked' my order for taking the time to send me the color that I asked for. The customer service at V4L is the best, (even going above and beyond in such a trivial matter as color of battery) and why I send everyone who asks about vaping to V4L. Thank you Steve, Mark and everyone else for such a great company with great products, and thanks again to B3C11 for sending my new beautiful blue batt!!!

Hi SAG! It's great to see you again! My favorite color of blue is the 4th from the right in the product pic for the new titan batts. It's bee-yooo-ti-ful! lol

We lucked out with our weather, actually. Yesterday and last night we saw lots of warnings but nothing that materialized, thank God. Hope you luck out too!
