Sport fishing and Reos?

Hey I'm going on an ocean fishing trip and trying to figure out a way to attach my grand to a lanyard or something. Or maybe there's a better way to do it. I'm already having anxiety at the thought of me dropping my reo into the water.

What do the other fishermen and women of reoville do??

FWIW, I wouldn't wear anything around my neck offshore fishing. If you do, you may want to have one of these on your belt. YMMV
