Spotty scrolling....

Not sure if it's ECF but after holding off because of the problems here with IE10, I reverted to IE9 (all went well), then about a week ago, I thought I'd try IE11. All was well until today (around noon EST) and since then I've experienced intermittent scrolling on some pages. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Wondered if any vbulletin parameter were changed, upgraded, etc.

I have no problem scrolling on other sites, just this one. Posting this in case there are others experiencing the same thing.

Unchecking 'smooth scrolling' fixes this. Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Browsing, etc.

Did 11 clear up the IE 10 'enter' key/ advanced editor issue(s) the forum/vb has?
