The Young June Lavatube has one.

Trouble is that the Center Post is So Small that it can Completely Plug the air flow of the Center Tube in a Clearo.

That and the Rest of the PV is a POS.

That is the regular lavatube not YJ. Lavatube tried a split pin. Very Bad design. YJ has a standard flat pin, no spring load and soft/weak 510 threads. Holding one right now.

This is what I have...

Chrome Vari-Tube Variable Voltage Electronic Cigarette by Young June. Black chrome or chrome, full size or mini

It has a Single, Spring Loaded Pin. Also, a Complete POS.

Note: No Slam on Tropical Vapors. The order went thru without a Hitch and they shipped it Fast. My Complaint is with the OEM. Not the Retailer.

I like the floating pins the best. I have the SS lava tube from apollo I think was the first we saw of a spring loaded pin. Its also on the transformer lava tube both are night rider. Its a better on paper than in the real world idea.

The concept is a Good One.

But the Pin on my LT is about the Same Size as the Center Air Hole on my Clearos. So many times the Pin goes into the Air Hole and cuts off the air flow Completely.

If the Pin was the same size as a Regular 510 Connector Pin, it would be a Cool Set-Up.

Guess YJ must have decided to follow LT in design again. Bad idea. Mine is only 7 months old but obviously slightly different. Never have connection or air flow issues, but the threads are going fast. About time to permanently install an adapter.

they make aluminum epoxy you can epoxy the adapter in with it and not lose any connectivity.

Yea the night rider version sucks on 801 fusion carts. I superglued a small piece of copper wire horizontally on mine to make it work better

I don't have a mod with it, but I have a rba dripping atty with a floating pin, and it doesn't want to fit on my GG so it has been side lined
clouds of vapor has a 510 extender so you can leave your collector tank on and screw the atty in on top of the collector tank might make the RBA atty useful for you.

Yeah... 7 month in the e-Cigarette Realm is like Dog Years. A lot changes.

All I know is that Very Little product testing goes into Many New Designs. OEM's seem to just Crank Out a "New and Improved" design and then Dump it on the e-Cigarette world for Beta Testing.

The Floating Pin is a Great Concept. And shows how much the OEM's follow Forum like this Looking for Problems with Existing Designs.

But the Break Down seems to occur with the Single Dimensional thinking that Many Overseas companies employ. They try their New Design with One Type of Carto/Clearo/Atty and if it works somewhat, it's off to Production.

I remember speaking to a R&D dweeb one time about the problems with a particular Clearo. I ask him how much Testing had done on it before they went to market?

He told me that Many people had tested it with 100% PG and it worked Fine.

When I asked him if they had Tested it using any PG to VG Ratios he replied in Broken English...

"What Ratios you mean? No VG in e-Liquids. Only 100% PG. That what people use."

The Tesla has a spring loaded positive pin... very solid mod, IMO. If you like the looks of it and the size doesn't scare you, it's a great VV/VW that doesn't look like a clone of anything else.
